{"id":258,"date":"2015-11-25T13:40:18","date_gmt":"2015-11-25T12:40:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/trufgourmet.com\/en\/?p=258"},"modified":"2023-11-10T13:30:28","modified_gmt":"2023-11-10T12:30:28","slug":"recipe-scrambled-eggs-with-black-truffle-and-potato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trufgourmet.com\/en\/recipe-scrambled-eggs-with-black-truffle-and-potato\/","title":{"rendered":"Scrambled eggs with black truffle and potato"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>40 \/ 50 g fresh black truffle<\/li>\n<li>3 potatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 leek<\/li>\n<li>8 eggs<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff; font-size: 18px;\">S<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>The truffle should be completely clean, if not, clean it with a soft bristle brush under water and dry it with kitchen paper before using it to prepare this dish.<\/li>\n<li>Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and once it is hot, add the shallowest part of the truffle.<\/li>\n<li>Then add the potatoes to the frying pan and fry them as if making an omelette.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the potatoes and save the oil.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the white part of the leek and fry it with the oil from the potatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the truffle, reserving a little for the end, and fry for a few seconds with the leek.<\/li>\n<li>Beat the eggs with a little salt and add them to the frying pan with the potatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Once on the plate, slice the rest of the truffle on top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"Textbody\">The dish is delicious and ready to taste!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients: 40 \/ 50 g fresh black truffle 3 potatoes 1 leek 8 eggs olive oil Salt S Preparation: The truffle should be completely clean, if not, clean it with a soft bristle brush under water and dry it with kitchen paper before using it to prepare this dish.
