\u00c0 partir d’aujourd’hui la truffe noire de Soria et la blanche d’Alba sont \u00ab\u00a0jumel\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> pour la promotion touristique et gastronomique bas\u00e9e sur ce produit dans les deux r\u00e9gions qui ont une grande richesse mycologique.<\/p>\n

Le Conseil R\u00e9gional de Castille et L\u00e9on et la D\u00e9putation de Soria ont sign\u00e9 le jumelage avec le territoire italien d’Alba, Bra et LangheRoero dans un acte qui a eu lieu dans le cadre du V Congr\u00e8s International de Mycologie Soria Gastron\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n

\"Hermanamiento<\/a>
\nApr\u00e8s l’accord, les institutions concern\u00e9es travailleront pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u00b4un programme qui englobe des actions et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour le d\u00e9veloppement touristique, gastronomique et promotionnel entre des producteurs et des entreprises relatives au secteur des deux territoires.<\/strong> Ils aborderont aussi le sujet de la qualit\u00e9 des produits et sa commercialisation.<\/p>\n

\"Hermanamiento<\/a><\/p>\n

Comme une premi\u00e8re action ils ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0Prix Mycologie de Castilla y Le\u00f3n\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> que dans cette occasion a \u00e9t\u00e9 pour le chef italien, Enrico Crippa,<\/strong> trois \u00e9toiles Michelin avec son restaurant Piazza Duomo d’Alba (Italie).<\/p>\n

Les deux institutions se sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une Commission de Suivi pour avancer dans le jumelage.<\/p>\n

Pendant l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement, le directeur de l’Institut Mycologique Europ\u00e9en, Fernando Mart\u00ednez Pe\u00f1a, a annonc\u00e9\u00a0 la cr\u00e9ation d’un R\u00e9seau Europ\u00e9en de restaurants mycologiques dans lequel les meilleurs restaurants de la r\u00e9gion seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
